The TELE-BUS service is an on-demand transport service provided by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne Spółka Akcyjna in Krakow on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Public Transport Authority in Krakow. The TELE-BUS service is provided based on the Passengers' orders and consists in the transport of Passengers in the area of Kraków Płaszów - Rybitwy between stops dedicated to the TELE-BUS service. The service is provided on: Monday - Friday from from 5:30 to 23:00 and on Saturday - Sunday and on public holidays from from 6.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. Orders for the performance of the service can be placed by phone, on Monday - Friday from from 6:30 to 21:00 and Saturday - Sunday and on public holidays from from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the following telephone numbers: +48 800 54 17 17 (free call), +48 12 254 17 17 (connection from mobile phones), or 24 hours a day using the TELE-BUS Kraków application available for Android and iOS systems, or www https://telebus.mpk.krakow.pl Conditions for placing orders and providing the service: - an order for the TELE-BUS service can be placed no later than 30 minutes. before its planned start and not earlier than 14 days before the planned trip, provided that orders placed by phone, covering the hourly range from 21:30 to On a given day, submitted on a given day, must be submitted by 21:00, and covering the morning hour range until 07:30 must be submitted the previous day by 21:00. Above the restriction does not apply to orders placed using mobile applications and the website. - the order is accepted for execution if there are available places in the vehicle within the time specified in the order and if the acceptance of the order for execution does not cause delays in the implementation of already accepted orders by more than 5 minutes. - a message confirming the acceptance of the order for processing is sent as a text message to the telephone number indicated by the Passenger, unless the Passenger placed the order via the application or website and then the confirmation is sent in accordance with the preferences set by the Passenger in the application or web tool, i.e. SMS or e-mail. - a message reminding about the planned arrival along with information about the time of arrival of the bus at the starting stop is sent as a text message to the telephone number provided by the Passenger, 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus, unless the Passenger placed the order via the application or website and then the confirmation is sent in accordance with the preferences set by the Passenger in the application or the www tool.
